My fiancé and I had been looking for the right house that we could finally call home for what began to feel like the search was taking forever. Upon beginning the search again after deciding a few times to end our search due to various reasons, we began working with Catherine and quickly realized how patient and committed she was to making sure that we found our home! There had been many times due to my fiancé's and my schedule that we would have to give a shorter notice that we were wanting to see a house and she was very willing to meet us to see any house that we were interested in even if it was in the evening. We also appreciated how knowledgeable she was with the whole process of buying a house and was able to guide us in buying our first home. I can say with confidence that if you are still looking for the right person to help you find your forever home, then look no further because this is the right person for the job!

I have looked at about 6 homes with Catherine so far,and finally found exactly what I wanted. Each home I viewed, she was there exactly on time and let me take all the time I wanted for each one. Any concerns, questions,or any other matters I had was dealt with by her within minutes of a request. She was available very early and very late. I had nothing less but an excellent experience with her. I more than highly recommend her if you're beginning a home search. Thank you Catherine!!!!

Katherine was awesome! She was patient and helped me buy a house and sell my house! She was kind, thoughtful and well experienced! She kept me updated and well informed with any changes with the process. I would recommend Katherine and her team again. I will definitely tell my family and friends what an excellent job she did for me!

Catherine was amazing to work with! As a college student going through this process, I was nervous at first, but she made everything so much easier. She really knows the local area and explained every step in a way that was less stressful. What I appreciated most was how fast she responded whenever I had questions (and I had a lot!). She was always patient and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. On top of that, her negotiation skills were incredible! I felt like she was always looking out for me and making sure I got the best deal possible. Overall, Catherine made the whole experience stress-free and actually enjoyable. I’d 100% recommend her to any student or first-time buyer who wants someone they can trust and depend on!
