Katherine was awesome! She was patient and helped me buy a house and sell my house! She was kind, thoughtful and well experienced! She kept me updated and well informed with any changes with the process. I would recommend Katherine and her team again. I will definitely tell my family and friends what an excellent job she did for me!

Catherine was amazing to work with! As a college student going through this process, I was nervous at first, but she made everything so much easier. She really knows the local area and explained every step in a way that was less stressful. What I appreciated most was how fast she responded whenever I had questions (and I had a lot!). She was always patient and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. On top of that, her negotiation skills were incredible! I felt like she was always looking out for me and making sure I got the best deal possible. Overall, Catherine made the whole experience stress-free and actually enjoyable. I’d 100% recommend her to any student or first-time buyer who wants someone they can trust and depend on!

I first met Catherine by random when I had thought about purchasing a house that was being built. It turned out not to be the right house for me. A month or so later, I found the right house and gave her a call on a Sunday afternoon. She responded right away and made an appt. for the next day. I had nothing but a great experience with Catherine and would HIGHLY recommend her. Catherine also did not mind that it wasn't just me asking her a million questions. I also came with family members as I am a widow, and she was always patient with each of us. This was a life-altering decision for me moving from one town to another, and I needed a lot of guidance. I feel like I have made a friend for life. I asked her once if she ever slept as she always responded immediately to me even when I texted her very early in the morning. She walked me through each and every step as I had never purchased a home before having built my own home. She helped to keep me calm throughout the whole process. I don't think I would have made it through without her!

Catherine was AMAZING. She is so quick to respond to anything and always willing to answer any questions we had. She was able to sell our home for over asking in less than 12 hours while helping us through purchasing another home. There is NO way we could have done that without her help. She literally works 24/7 for her clients. We have made such a great friend and are thankful we were able to work with her!

Catherine was super responsive, even up to the day she had her baby, and was helpful in finding the right home for me. She listened to what I wanted, and was good about making sure I stayed within my personal budget. She gave me honest feedback regarding homes and neighborhoods to make sure I found a home I would be comfortable in.
