Christy was invaluable in helping us get our house sold. It had to be an “as is” sale, but she got it done and got us a better price than I thought possible. If we were to buy another house I would definitely use Christy!!

Loved everyone on this team. Very Very respectful, happy and honest people. Always smiling and offering advice without making the decision for you. Worked hard and fast to make sure I got the home that worked best for me and my family. Rachel her legs as Carolyn called her was everything a first time home owner needed to get them though this process. Thank u guys for everything u were all GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was buying a second home from out of state. Carolyn’s system made it extremely easy to stay on top of the schedule and sign documents. She understands the documents front to back and can explain the process each step of the way. She anticipates problems and is extremely proactive. I highly recommend this business.

This is my first ever attempt at commenting publicly on this or any forum concerning the quality of service, but I truly wanted an opportunity to express my gratitude for the exceptional service my partner and I received. We were in the process of relocating to St. Louis from D.C. on very short notice and under a great deal of pressure to find a home quickly with limited search time. The staff at Clarity Street Reality listened to our concerns and went above and beyond expectations to assist in the difficult process. These efforts included just some of the following: providing available listings that fit our parameters, scheduling showings on extremely short notice, working around our hectic schedule, being available promptly to respond to our concerns, acting as a staunch advocate in the negotiating process, and most importantly, being sincere and honest people who you can trust with the most important decision of your life.
