No complaints on any front. Bob not only knows the local market but really understands the community. He promptly made great recommendations for everyone I needed to work with from mortgage brokers to handymen, to electricians and landscapers. No question was considered too trivial. Went to Bob initially out of his support for San Carlos Educational Foundation. Appreciated that he followed through on his support for SCEF all the way.

I was very impressed with Bob's knowledge of San Carlos, with regards to new listings, valuations, school systems, development activities, etc. He was quick to assess what my needs were, and only notified me of properties he felt I'd be interested in. His response time on phone and email queries was never more than a few minutes, and was always available to show properties with little advanced notice. Unlike other agents I've dealt with, Bob was straightforward and unassuming. He's very knowledgeable, more than happy to educate, and communicates well (for example, he did a great job explaining what would be involved in an estate sale). During the negotiation phase, he presented the facts along with his candid assessment.

Working with Bob was the best decision my wife and I made moving to San Carlos from out of state. He came highly recommended from a colleague and lived up to the billing! He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, individual communities, schools, nightlife, etc. He was very responsive, understood our specific needs, and consistently updated us with options to pursue. His knowledge of the buying process enabled us to effectively negotiate our purchase as well. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy in the area to work with Bob!

My wife and I were looking for a home in San Carlos. Bob was referred to us by a good friend. He was known to us as one of the top producers in the area, and we interviewed several local agents before going with Bob. Bob's reputation, coupled with his knowlege of the local real estate market, led us to retain his services. Bob proved a competent, aggressive and responsive agent. We had targeted a home before hiring Bob. He felt the home was over-priced, and helped us negotiate a winning bid against 2 competing offers that was substantially below asking price. Bob even made a unilateral, and very generous, gesture with his sales commission in light of the circumstances surrounding this known property acquisition. I doubt you will find a real estate agent on the pennisula with Bob's skill, abiltities and, most importantly, sense of fair dealing. The closing process went very smoothly, Bob was exceedingly patient and always available to assist with questions or concerns. His experience as a licensed attorney also added a degree of confidence when navigationg the various legal documents involved in the purchase. I would recommend Bob to my friends and family. He is a smart, confident and honest real estate agent.
