It is refreshing to have a team work for you and charge fair pricing. Bryan listed my house and right away it was pushed out to all the major sites people search for real estate on. We had a full price offer within days and closed with a smooth transaction just 28 days later. I could not have asked for better service and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

I would certainly use Bryan and Mayra again in the future if buying or selling at home. The amount of communication and explanation was excellent. I am not the most computer savvy, and they helped me with all of my questions and were always quick to respond and patient with their answers. Also, the video footage and photos they took of my house were absolutely stunning.

Team Attain RE did a good job selling my home. Bryan took pictures of my home and listed it for sale quickly. Showings were well organized. We knew well in advance when a showing was requested. We also saved some money by listing with Bryan. Mayra was very helpful answering our questions as we navigated through the process. I will definitely recommend Bryan and team for anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.

Iesha was arguably the most responsive individual I have ever interacted with. She did a great job of letting us know about how the process was progressing and actions we needed to take to move things along.
