It was my first experience in Nebraska buying a house though having done it quite a lot in the past. Trevor proved to be on of the most responsive and dedicated realtors I have ever worked with. From the time of our first meeting, there was no doubt he would find the house that best suited my needs. When things came up during the purchase, while he still relatively new to the business, there were multiple instances of him finding the right resources to help resolve challenges and asking the right questions. I will no doubt look to him if and when I move on from this house.

Trevor was my realtor when I recently just bought my first house. The process of purchasing a home for the first time can be frightening because you don't know what you should expect. Trevor was able to assist me throughout the entire process and respond to any of my questions or concerns. My experience was as stress-free as possible thanks to him. When I had questions or needed assistance, he was always there. I would definitely use him if I were to sell and rebuy in the future, and I have recommended him to several of my family members.

I had a very disappointing experience with this realtor. Throughout the process, they were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in their communication. Simple questions were met with irritation instead of helpful guidance, which made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Additionally, their knowledge of the market and basic real estate processes seemed extremely limited. I often had to correct information or seek clarification elsewhere, which is not what you expect when working with a professional in this field. I would not recommend this realtor to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, respectful, and supportive. Clear communication and expertise are essential in real estate, and unfortunately, those were lacking here.
