Trevor helped tremendously during the home buying process. Being a first time home buyer he did a great job with walking me through step by step and getting me prepared with buying my first house. Alex is someone who genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to deliver results. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, but Alex was always willing to help out and got back to us right away with the answers we needed. Every time we wanted to tour a house he got it set up immediately, and was also very honest about all the positives and negatives of each property. We really appreciated that he didn’t sugarcoat things and was very vocal about any damage/needed repairs that he spotted during each tour. He fought to get us the best deal when we made an offer to a seller, and we truly felt that he had our best interests at heart. Even after we closed on a property and started to move in, he continued to reach out and even sent over one of his technicians to look at our garage door when the seller wouldn’t give us the remote opener! He really does go above and beyond and I can’t recommend him enough!
