Joanne did a great job helping us close on our first home. We were moving in from out of state and needed someone with local knowledge along with someone who was flexible, responsive, and willing to work with us mostly virtually. Joanne met all these criteria fantastically and we're very happy with our purchase! I appreciate how she showed us the homes we were actually interested in and never once tried to upsell us on a more expensive home that we weren't interested in.

Joanne was great to work with. She was very helpful in helping us buy our first home. We struggled with knowing what we wanted and she guided us through the process. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her.

Joanne was a delight to work with. She is professional as well as very personable. She was recommended to me by an acquaintance in the real estate/rental property arena who uses her services in their business. She is on top of all the details of the buying transaction, and walked me through all of it with prompt attention and resolution to all my questions. She paid close attention to the location and types of property I wanted, showing those that ticked off as many boxes as possible, wrote the offer after hours on a Friday evening after the perfect one came along, negotiated on my behalf throughout, smoothed out the bumps along the way, and even attended the closing with me. And that's not the end of it. She is eager to keep in touch and see the results after unpacking and renovations are complete to see how I made the townhouse my home. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Lincoln, Nebraska area. She's great!!

Joanne is a great real estate professional with lots of experience and useful connections. She communicates very well, regularly keeping us up-to-date with everything. She is also willing to go the extra mile for her clients, arranging for contractors, picking up keys, using all methods at her disposal to get the word out about our listing, and others. Ten stars! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Joanne has represented me in both a residential purchase and sale in Lincoln. Her knowledge of the local market, real estate and mortgage expertise, professionalism, communication, and human support are unmatched. During the recent sale of my home, I experienced a family emergency that required me to leave the state and focus entirely on my family.
