Joanne was a delight to work with. She is professional as well as very personable. She was recommended to me by an acquaintance in the real estate/rental property arena who uses her services in their business. She is on top of all the details of the buying transaction, and walked me through all of it with prompt attention and resolution to all my questions. She paid close attention to the location and types of property I wanted, showing those that ticked off as many boxes as possible, wrote the offer after hours on a Friday evening after the perfect one came along, negotiated on my behalf throughout, smoothed out the bumps along the way, and even attended the closing with me. And that's not the end of it. She is eager to keep in touch and see the results after unpacking and renovations are complete to see how I made the townhouse my home. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Lincoln, Nebraska area. She's great!!

Joanne is a great real estate professional with lots of experience and useful connections. She communicates very well, regularly keeping us up-to-date with everything. She is also willing to go the extra mile for her clients, arranging for contractors, picking up keys, using all methods at her disposal to get the word out about our listing, and others. Ten stars! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Joanne has represented me in both a residential purchase and sale in Lincoln. Her knowledge of the local market, real estate and mortgage expertise, professionalism, communication, and human support are unmatched. During the recent sale of my home, I experienced a family emergency that required me to leave the state and focus entirely on my family. Joanne took care of business back home, ensuring the listing and eventual offer/sale progressed smoothly during that difficult time. Joanne also provided tremendous emotional and social support for me and my family. My first experience working with Joanne was flawless and stress-free, and it was surpassed by the heartfelt and comprehensive support she provided during the recent sale of my home. Joanne helped us find a place to call home and start our family. She knew what we wanted and had shown us so many houses, we had dragged her all over town and she was so positive about it every time, even if I had felt bad. You can tell she loves her job and wants to find something perfect for everyone. She was always checking in with us, even after we found a home! She made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. Being the first home we bought, she helped us every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable and answered every question we had, even if we had some crazy questions. She had made the process easy and stress free. Joanne was always so responsive, text or call, day or night, any day of the week. She catered to our wants and needs and accommodated us every time! She put us first but I could go on and on. Most definitely will be using Joanne in the future and 100% recommend her to everyone looking for a home. Best experience possible!

I can't say enough about Joanne! When we started our home buying experience we didn't know much, being first time home buyers. She was a experienced and knowledgeable. Was always there when we need her. She took time to listen to what we want in a home and find homes that fit it. She give us good Insight that we wouldn't have thought about when looking at homes even point out things we didn't think of. I can't thank you enough for all you help and would recommend you a 100 times over to any of our family.
