Joanne did an excellent job helping us to list our late father's house. She walked us through the process of selling the house 'as is', and within days we had three offers, one of which we accepted. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and helped us achieve the best price possible. Joanne was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process, helping us find a house in Lincoln. It was unexpected at first. My wife was looking at homes in general on Zillow. Joanne was the agent to look at a home my wife had interest in. That particular house was not our fit. After some conversation, she understood what our preferences were. She focused on those preferences, but still allowed us to look at others as well as pointing out other potential homes. It did take some time, but thru ours and her patience (mostly hers in my opinion) we found this one. It checked as many of the boxes we were really interested in.
