Brooke is an amazing realtor! We were told by our landlords that they were selling the house we were living in, and within two months, Brooke helped us find the perfect house for us within our budget and with all the amenities we were hoping for. She was incredibly patient with all our questions, was easy to communicate with, and is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in Austin and the surrounding areas. She's also just a great human - smart, funny, and personable. She made a very stressful process much more enjoyable, and we're extremely grateful. Highly recommend!

For the past 15 years, I have traveled from project to project and state to state for work. Once I returned to Texas, my travel was reduced and I was comfortable purchasing a home. I am fortunate to have find Brooke to assist me. Brooke made everything effortless. For me, Brooke is the perfect realtor, she scheduled appointments that worked with my busy schedule, suggested properties I would not have necessarily chosen and it all happened effortlessly. Once I decided on a location, Brooke's expert knowledge of the purchase process, made things even easier. She provided timely suggestions and expertly negotiated the contract. Brooke and her team provided a detailed list of what to expect during the purchase process and approximate timeframes for each. Brooke was with me every step of the way, from inspection to closing. I'll be reaching out to her again on my next real estate transaction.

I don’t live in Austin where I sold my condo. Brooke made it easy to sell a property remotely. She was willing to meet the handyman for improvements, suggested and implemented upgrades (kitchen tile backsplash) that updated the unit. Brooke staged the property beautifully, And was solid on negotiation, pricing and generating comps. I would highly recommend Brooke to sell your property especially if you live out of town.

Claire was an absolute dream to work with. She was always available to talk via text, phone or email and was very thorough through every step of the transaction. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
