Working with Kristen was a dream. We were moving from about two hours away and had to come down several times before we found the right house. She kept us updated on the whole process and was very easy to communicate with. If you're needing a realtor in the St. Louis or even broader area (which were were in Franklin County), I highly recommend!

We are long time real estate buyers, investors and have worked with none better than Kaitlyn Barks at Maerock. Kaitlyn was tasked with finding a large house, on a large piece of property close to the city. We fell in love with one of the listings, but it came with some work, and surprises. Kaitlyn was a superior negotiator with a no-nonsense attitude that made getting bids and communication a breeze. Quick to respond to email, texts, and phone calls, never left anything hanging in limbo. After a long 2.5 month close, the results were perfect, and our whole family is super happy with our new home.
