She was amazing. She felt more like a friend than a realtor. My kids absolutely love her. They ask if we’re ever going to see Cindy again she helped us buy and sell our house and she did an amazing job with both. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Kristen Beahm at KB was our buying agent for a new home in the Chesterfield area, who very quickly understood our wants and needs which came with a not-so-typical list. Kristen was able to hone in on properties that were real contenders versus just showing us homes that would have been a waste of time to view. Kristen was wonderful to work with, she is professional, informed, and a great communicator who anticipated our questions and always came prepared for answers. During the actual contract process Kristen really paid attention to detail and made things feel very easy. The whole KB collective team who we interacted with were great and we would highly recommend them as an agency.

As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Jaclyn. She was professional, organized and very insightful through out the whole process. She not only answered all my questions thoroughly but also reviewed all paperwork with me just as comprehensively. She was very patient as I looked at numerous houses over several months until I found the right one. She’s flexible and communicated with me in a timely manner, despite my work schedule not being a typical 9-5 schedule. She worked on a late Sunday evening to get in the offer on the home I wanted. I will use Jaclyn’s services in the future and would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
