Cindy did a great job selling our house from beginning to end. Planning on listing our house in late summer, we interviewed Cindy and another agent. After getting similar advice on pricing and pre-listing repairs, Cindy's efforts at keeping us informed about market conditions in the following months led us to select her to list our house. We discovered a mold issue while doing other repairs and Cindy help us to navigate the remediation process so that we could start showing the house on our original schedule. After we moved out, Cindy connected us with a staging firm that made our house look better than it did when we were living there! We received three offers and accepted one after the first weekend of showing the house. The inspection revealed problems with the sewer lateral that took weeks to repair. Cindy's professional experience and consistent communication made it easier to get through this very worrisome situation. Throughout this process, Cindy did many "above-and-beyond" tasks that kept us moving towards closing. For example, she repaired and repainted a hole in the wall that we missed when we moved out. We feel very fortunate that we selected Cindy to list our house.

She was amazing. She felt more like a friend than a realtor. My kids absolutely love her. They ask if we’re ever going to see Cindy again she helped us buy and sell our house and she did an amazing job with both. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
