Big shout out to Chris Passero on the team! We moved from out of state and did not know a lot about the Dallas surrounding areas. I’m glad we had him showing us around to find the best houses! He is straight forward, informative and reliable. All of our needs and questions were taken care of. Moving from out of state is super stressful, but we were given the information needed to help us transition a lot smoother. Even after closing, Chris and The Brent Germany team check up on us to make sure we have what need. I am very pleased with whole process!

Mike has been an absolute gem to work with. My wife and I were first-time buyers and needed a lot of guidance throughout the process. We saw several houses in Plano and Wylie area with Mike. His friendly and direct style of communication and expert knowledge made us feel at ease from the get go. When we finally we saw a property that we liked, he walked us through the negotiation process and helped us put together a competitive offer that got us the house—in a multiple-offer scenario. Mike has a heart of a teacher and he patiently and consistently answered all our questions and concerns with clarity and honesty. We closed in less than a month and we couldn't be happier with how seamless the whole process has been, thanks to him.

My wife and I found Mike, as we were moving into the area from out of town. Before we even signed on with Mike, he was extremely helpful, never pushy. It was a no brainer to ask him to help us, and from beginning to end, he was there for us at a moment's notice. He has a lot of knowledge about a huge area in Texas and is helpful in finding the right home for you, rather than trying to get you to settle. He also had no problem voicing concern and objection for anything that was wrong or out of sorts on our behalf, and he'll go to battle for you and that's important.

10 out of 10 would recommend to all of my friends and family. 1. I’m not an easy guy to deal with, I ask a lot of questions and I want to be on top of everything every step of the way. Jason is always quick to respond and to explain every step of the way to me. 2. In this market, with people willing to pay 10s of thousands over listing price…. My pesky little FHA loan was not getting a lot of love from other sellers in the beginning. Jason didn’t give up and we found something in the exact area that I wanted and we got it got under listing price. 3. Negotiation 10 out of 10. Jason got me some credits from the seller as well even after offering under listing price.
