It was a pleasure working with Kelly, especially as my significant other and I were first time home buyers. She was excellent at guiding us through the home buying process, and she provided numerous resources that assisted us in the process. I would recommend Kelly to any first time home buyer. She was great!

Brian was excellent to work with during the homebuying process. As a first-time homeowner, I had no shortage of questions, and Brian helped guide me and my Partner through every step of the process. Brian’s intimate knowledge of the Grand Ledge / Lansing area (our search region) was apparent through both his ability to answer questions as well as his penchant to give thoughtful recommendations. Brian was very receptive of our criticisms for certain houses (location, age, yard, etc.) and adapted quickly. I had only one day I could visit the area for house tours, and Brian was very accommodating and attentive during scheduling. Furthermore, Brian showed great hospitality by driving us between houses on our viewing day. Brian was exceptionally responsive and communicative. I strongly recommend his services in the Grand Ledge / Lansing area.

Kelly was extremely helpful to us throughout both our search for a new home and our selling of our old home. We hadn't been in the home buying process for 36 years, and also had never sold a house, so we really needed someone that could guide us through that process. We worked with Kelly because she was dedicated from the start. She was always immediately responsive to our many questions. Looking back, we can't think of anything we would want differently in a real estate professional.

Brian Kasper made this entire process of buying my first home EXTREMELY easy. I was told that it would be a much more difficult time finding a house, getting to closing, working with the sellers, etc. but Brian took care of all that with ease. At the first meeting, he came off as any normal salesman would, a little sly, smooth talking, but when he laid out his expectations and what he was going to do to help me out, that got me interested. Sure enough, Brian followed through on everything that he told me the first day I met him. 10/10 recommendation to anyone that wants a straightforward, no crap/no lies, home buying process.
