Shaunna did an exceptional job problem solving any issues that around while we were trying to buy our house and made the process a lot easier. Shaunna was able to take care of the whole deal and we had to do the minimum amount of work. She made sure to give us the right advice on how to proceed with certain things.

Brian was excellent to work with during the homebuying process. As a first-time homeowner, I had no shortage of questions, and Brian helped guide me and my Partner through every step of the process. Brian’s intimate knowledge of the Grand Ledge / Lansing area (our search region) was apparent through both his ability to answer questions as well as his penchant to give thoughtful recommendations. Brian was very receptive of our criticisms for certain houses (location, age, yard, etc.) and adapted quickly. I had only one day I could visit the area for house tours, and Brian was very accommodating and attentive during scheduling. Furthermore, Brian showed great hospitality by driving us between houses on our viewing day. Brian was exceptionally responsive and communicative. I strongly recommend his services in the Grand Ledge / Lansing area.
