Teresa did a wonderful job helping us sell our home. Very professional, great communicator, very knowledgeable about the local market, and very easy to work with. We interviewed 3 agents before hiring Teresa, her knowledge of the local market really showed as she helped us price our home correctly. This netted us substantial additional proceeds from the sale when compared to what the other two agents believed the home would sell for. She is great.

My wife has worked with Teresa on her first house so we wanted to stay with someone that we were familiar with. She did a great job on finding many houses for us to look even though we were going back and fourth on what we wanted and where we wanted to be. Even though the process was stress full she did an amazing job talking us through everything and explaining things in great detail. I also appreciate her being optimistic with us but also being realistic when it came to what we were looking for in a new home as well as what we wanted price wise for selling our old home. Communication was key for us and Id say she was pretty on top of things.

Teresa was so knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, supportive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. She is quick and in tune with me. Her knowledge of the area, her network, and her expertise were such an asset throughout my home buying process. She worked tirelessly to find me the perfect home for me that was within my budget and had everything I was looking for. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way.
