Brandon helped me and my wife find our dream home. He worked with us and looked through multiple houses that checked the boxes of our needs and wants. He is knowledgeable on house construction and was able to point out potential issue items with different homes. He was easy to work with and very responsive with questions and any inquiry we had. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions that he answered and walked us through the home buying process from beginning to end.

We appreciated that Brandon had firsthand knowledge of home repairs, and that he didn't push us to any particular purchase. He worked as a broker and a counselor rather than a pushy salesman, which was ideal in a buying agent.

It was a pleasure working with Brandon in finding the perfect home for me. From the start, Brandon responded to texts and emails very promptly and helped me answer any questions that I had. Whenever I wanted to view a new listing, he would immediately schedule a meeting with me so that I could be one of the first person to see an apartment. It took me a little longer than usual to find the apartment that fit my interests, and Brandon helped and supported me throughout this process. His knowledge of St. Louis housing is profound, his opinions are honest, and he works his hardest to help find you the right home for you.
