We are very grateful to Alana for helping us find and secure our new home in San Carlos. It was a complicated transaction because we needed to buy and sell houses simultaneously, and she managed both processes seamlessly. She is extremely knowledgeable of the peninsula real estate market and alerted us to houses for sale before they were listed. She knows the inner workings of house structures, materials, and codes, and explained fully the inspection reports and other documents that we reviewed. This was our first time selling a house, and she walked us through the process with reassurance and consistent communication. She handled the marketing of the house beautifully, and her team is excellent. We worked with Alana on both sides of buying and selling, and she impressed us with her attention to detail, knowledge, patience, and integrity!

Alana is the best agent anyone could hope for. Within a couple of conversations, she understood our needs better than anyone else we had talked to. She has an encyclopaedic knowledge of every listing in mid-peninsula. She was thorough about the pros and cons of every home, without being overbearing. Because of her, we were able to find a beautiful home in a great neighbourhood comfortably within our budget! While placing an offer, we felt zero pressure to bid higher and we ended up with an extremely fair deal. She also referred us to a great team of professionals like lender, title company, etc. making the whole process very smooth. If the opportunity ever comes up, we would definitely work with her again and we highly recommend her to others!
