Blair Alshut

Ashley and Blair Alshut are full time professional broker associates with Coastal Classic Realty located in the heart of downtown Lake Worth Beach Florida. Together they are also members of the National Association of Realtors and a members of the REALTOR associations. Ashley and Blair were born and raised right here in South Palm Beach county. Growing up they were raised in a "real estate" family, with investing in South Florida and Tallahassee Florida real estate markets. We have come to learn the in-depths of real estate from this process. Ashley received her Bachelors degree from Florida State University, in Residential Sciences, and a minor in business which helped her obtain her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) licence. Blair graduated from Florida State also with her majors in Real Estate and Human Resource Management. Both continually upgrade their education and knowledge. Accomplishing continuing education include IGNITE, C2EX, ePro and PSA certifications.
