Together they are also members of the National Association of Realtors and a members of the REALTOR associations. Ashley and Blair were born and raised right here in South Palm Beach county. Growing up they were raised in a "real estate" family, with investing in South Florida and Tallahassee Florida real estate markets. We have come to learn the in-depths of real estate from this process. Ashley received her Bachelors degree from Florida State University, in Residential Sciences, and a minor in business which helped her obtain her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) licence. Blair graduated from Florida State also with her majors in Real Estate and Human Resource Management. From the first phone call to Ashley she was energized & enthusiastic. As we spoke she assured my wife & I that she would indeed help us find a condo for my sister in the Lake Worth, Fla. area. Immediately she established a portal that enabled us to review on line multiple condo's with all the pertinent facts & photo's. When we arrived in Florida from California & New Jersey, Ashley had many appointments already lined up over the span of 6 days. We eventually found a lovely condo & Ashley really shined in lining up inspectors, a title company, insurance & meetings with the HOA at the condo complex. She even went so far as to help my sister move in & get settled. Honest, diligent, tenacious with impeccable follow up throughout the entire process. Blair has been an excellent realtor from the start. She knows the ins-and-outs of what it means to invest in real estate. Highly recommend her for new home buyers or for sophisticated investors. Blair and Ashley were great. They listened to what I wanted. I will go to them for future purchases. Blair was knowledgeable and honest while showing homes. Really helped me understand the house buying process.
