Matt was great starting from the first meeting where his confidence in his ability to get our home sold was apparent and immediately put us at ease knowing we were in good hands. And he exceeded our expectations by getting multiple offers with minimal showings in a short period of time, negotiating the deals to maximize our earnings, and then guiding us all the way through closing. One of my best real estate experiences so far and I look forward to working with him again.

My experience with Matt started out really great. I had interviewed 4 other agents then he called and really sold himself. He sent over a professional photographer which I did not have before so I’m sure that helped. He kept in touch once a week as promised however it seemed like every question I asked he would tell me to ask someone else to get the answer. The house did go under contract rather quickly i don’t feel this had much with Matt I think right person right time. Then I kept hearing that I would have to close my home, the home I was I purchasing and move all in the same day. I called Matt with my concern and we did have a bad connection however he continued the conversation comparing it to me selling a car. How would I like to sell my car then let that person drive it until they were done making their arrangements. I was getting frustrated and loud because he kept talking over me he kept getting louder so instead of him ending the conversation and trying to find out what the issue was he said I was disrespectful and hung up on me. That was the last time I heard from Matt. So throughout this difficult he was useless to me when he should of been an asset. Also Matt may have a 5 star rating however I could not find one current review on him on every site I checked. Zillow, realtor. com, yelp I don’t understand that?? So if you decide to hire he starts at very high commission and do your due diligence on him.

Matt was extremely helpful with guiding us through the process for selling our home. We felt very much at ease with Matt's guidance and he was very responsive to our questions and concerns. There was no doubt that we were in good hands.

Matt did an excellent job selling my place. Just as I had given up hope selling my condo in these challenging times, Matt came in, took my listing and had it sold in just over a month . I would highly recommend using Matt as your realtor.

Matt has good communication skills. He checks in but he's not pushy. He answers the phone all the time (or calls back as soon as he can) and frankly I'm the jerk that is often calling nights/weekends due to my work schedule. I had my house on the market and decided to take it off for the holidays and to do some additional improvements. He didn't try to convince me not to do that. He suggested a price adjustment at one time but again, wasn't pushy about it. I am happy with the price that I received. Overall, working with Matt was a great experience and I would highly recommend him.
