Brett Colby is exactly who you want as a realtor. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable and a great negotiator but he truly know all aspects of Real estate. Brett kept us informed from start to finish on both our sale and purchase. Buying and selling a house can be very stressful but thanks to Brett and his entire team everything from the showings to the closing went very smoothly. He is very professional and made us feel as if we were the most important clients he had and for that we are extremely thankful! We will definitely be recommending Brett to everyone we know.

I can not express enough how much we appreciate everything that Brett Colby has done in selling my mom's house. Everything from start to finish went seamlessly. He keep us informed from start to finish. We can not wait for him to find the perfect house for her when she is ready. He is truly a blessing when it comes to buying and selling real estate because of all of the hard work and knowledge he has. If we could give him more stars we would. He is everything you want in an agent when making such a major live decision.

Brett is a miracle worker! He got us the house of our dreams that we thought we had no chance of getting by getting us pre-qualified in hours (after-hours) and negotiating such great terms that the realtor said she chose us (even though we weren’t the highest offer) because she wanted to work with him! He has the best team and resources in the business. He communicates all options in all aspects from start to finish. If you are looking to buy or sell in this crazy market, you need to have Brett as your representative. Period. We couldn’t be happier!

Brett was amazing! He assisted me through selling our house in a difficult situation. He was prompt, professional and respectful. Brett has built a great team to assist in the process of selling your home. He is an excellent communicator and made sure I was aware of what was happening every step of the way. Brett checked in and offered assistance throughout the entire process. His experience and knowledge of the local area is also a great advantage when it comes to buying and selling.
