We engaged Ryan as our agent to sell our house in Wellington, FL. We selected him over other agents because of the preparation he had put into our initial meeting and his experience and success selling homes in our area. He did all the things well that you expect from an agent, but where Ryan excelled was when we left our home for a couple of months while it was for sale. He bailed us out on numerous occasions - his dedication to finding a buyer and then supporting us after it went under contract was superb. I also think he skillfully got everyone to "Yes" in out negotiation, which probably looked impossible when it started. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled seller's agent.

Amanda was extremely kind and patient with me and my husband over the course of trying to buy a home. She never once made us feel pressured or unsure of what was going on during the very long and tedious process. She made us feel more of friends than clients which is how you want to feel when buying a house. From endless questions and phone calls , she always answered and never made me feel that I was annoying her. We will be using her in the future and referring people as well. Thank you Amanda!

Ryan and his team went up and beyond to help my family and I with a very quick high pressure sale! Their professionalism and confident disposition in addressing every surprise issue was a factor that really sustained us and helped us as we transitioned quickly out of the area!!!!
