House went on the market on a Saturday, that’s when I saw it online. Couldn’t get to Open House. SIL knew Beth, called her asking if she could do a Sunday showing. Beth cleared her schedule. It checked all the boxes. Beth was a great Advocate. The market was beginning to turn, she recommended adopting a Buyer’s Mkt approach and we got the place at a good price. Arianna, Donna and Kim took over. They herded the cats: scheduled inspection (great pair of guys, thorough), appraisal, etc. to keep my mortgage broker on schedule for 40 day closing. Kim drove me to walk thru and Closing (moving out from city, no car at the time). We closed within the narrow window due to the teamwork. Great team, great experience in a Real Estate transaction.
