Melanie was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. She helped and guided me through the sale of my home and the purchase of our dream home. Melanie was awesome and helped us tremendously with our out of state move. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and had great negotiation skills. She was especially helpful when items came up on inspections and there were unforeseen issues on closing date where she was able to negotiate those items for us for a smooth transaction and transition to our new home.

Melanie performed miracles! No only sold our old house above asking without even listing, but also managed to get us our beautiful new house in a crazy market. For a great price! Highly recommend.

Melanie was the reason we found the kind of house we were looking for. She appreciated our desires and when a house that suited us beautifully but was not on our radar screen fell into our price range she immediately alerted us so that we could act quickly. We did and it worked out wonderfully.
