Heidi was patient and always made time to take me to a new listing. Very helpful throughout the closing process. Heidi was my agent for several years and I would definitely use her again and recommend her to friends and family.

No ethics or moral compass. 4 days of negotiating and we accepted an offer at 8:30am. I waited for the contract to get sent all day. At 4pm she emails to let me know another offer came in and they were accepting that offer instead. I never got to counter or any other explanation. Also mind you we would wait 24hrs to get answers because she is too "busy" to give the proper attention to her clients in a timely manor. I understand that nothing is certain until there is a signed contract, but where's your sense of decency? I buy and sell a lot of goods and I would never agree to a deal and then go back on it. I have even held items for people when other offers come in. Treat others how you want to be treated. Happy Easter..
