I can’t say enough great things about Becca—she is truly the best at what she does. As a first-time homebuyer, I had so many questions, and she guided me through every step of the process with patience, expertise, and confidence. Her negotiation skills were absolutely stupendous and played a huge role in helping me secure my first home. I always felt like she had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying their first home, purchasing an investment property, or selling their own—she’s exceptional.

Becca does an exquisite job of making you not feel dumb answering all your questions in a timely manner and helping the process stay smooth. She made me stay calm during a vary hectic time. She helps with sub contractors and has very good input on the value of the homes and the areas. All the people she knows are very knowledgeable very professional and pretty quick with what they do.

Becca is simply a phenomenal agent that checks all of the most important boxes for me as a seller: - Knowledgeable about the market, gave great insight as to pricing and marketing strategies. - Consultative about what work needed to be completed and what didn't. - Responsible in managing all of the preparations for sale (she coordinated all of the vendors and work including negotiating prices and timelines for completion) - Communicative in always keeping us abreast of what was happening from the first day we met all the way through closing. AND being a great communicator/negotiator with other agents. And perhaps most importantly: AVAILABLE in answering questions, dealing with agents, and working through the entirety of the buying process (often during odd hours). Becca handled everything for our sale expertly, comprehensively, and delivered great results. I would enthusiastically recommend Becca to anyone with a real estate need!

I am so appreciative of Becca and her assistance with selling my Sammamish home. I had to relocate to care for my aging father and really needed a partner to assist with downsizing and getting my home ready to sell in a timely manner. I was able to focus on my current situation as a caregiver for my father knowing Becca was working diligently to arrange for significant renovations to my Eastside home.
