In January 2024 I came to Barry with a need to sell my grandfather’s house. The house definitely had some challenges to overcome before it would be market ready. I could not have asked for a better agent and expert to assist me in the sale of the house. Barry went to great lengths daily, as I lived out of state, to make sure I had all the information I needed. He went above and beyond to help me get repair work done, hire cleaners, and set up all the necessary services needed to close the house efficiently and without issue. He is an amazing agent and I truly value his commitment to his clients. He brought a cash offer to the table and made the process so smooth. I am beyond grateful for Barry and all is assistance. I would recommend Barry to anyone looking for a quality, knowledgeable professional to direct you in the sale of your property.

Barry was a fantastic realtor, and I would highly recommend him. He is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and he knows the market. He managed the process from start through to closing, and beyond. We have worked with other realtors in the past, and when we started working with Barry it was clear from day one that he was in another league.

Barry Dantagnan is a SPECTACULAR realtor. We needed our house sold in challenging market conditions with erratic interest rates on the heels of an entertainment industry strike. Barry not only got it done quickly, but he exceeded all our expectations. He provided us clear instruction on what to do to put ourselves in the best position to be successful; he set reasonable expectations; and got the job done. There are countless realtors in the Los Angeles area. But I’d wager that few (if any) have the breadth of experience and sophistication that Barry has. And in a challenging market, experience matters. Barry also has a tremendous work ethic. When we discussed the listing price for our home, he rattled off (from memory) virtually every listed house in the area to support his recommendation. He has also sold and/or represented buyers in countless residential real estate transactions throughout Los Angeles county (some more than once!). He has literally seen everything, and his stellar reputation carries weight with other agents in the Los Angeles real estate community. So, if you’re serious about selling your home with someone who “walks the walk,” look no further. And if you’re looking to buy a home in the Los Angeles area, I would call Barry (we will use no one else). We cannot recommend Barry enough.

We were working on selling our home for a while and Barry was able to take over the listing and get it sold within a couple weeks. He is a consummate professional and never let us down once. His experience allowed him to take care of things in advance, which led to a smooth deal from start to finish all with a full price offer. I would highly recommend working with him and we have used tons of brokers over the course of the years as real estate is our business as well. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about working with him.

Barry is, plain and simple, the best real estate agent you could ask for. His integrity, judgement and negotiating skills are unparalleled in my opinion. My wife and I worked him over the past few months to sell our home in Sherman Oaks and buy a larger home in Encino. His knowledge of those neighborhoods and adjacent markets really gave us a leg up as he was able to use good comps to negotiate better pricing on both transactions. His decades of experience and contacts helped us get more get more interest when selling our property than we would have otherwise gotten. He went above and beyond and helped us with stuff agents normally don't even get involved with. He looked out for us when it came time to negotiate certain contingencies and even when we weren't sticky on a particular point he advised us to do be firm which ultimately helped us immensely in hindsight. Selling and buying a home is incredibly stressful process and there is no one I'd rather have representing my family than Barry. His calm, cool, and collected demeanor never waivered. My family is forever grateful for his guidance and assistance and we love our new home. Thank you, Barry!!
