Theresa assisted us with buying a home for my daughter and selling a property that our daughter was residing in. Theresa listened and heard the requirements what was important to my daughter to purchase a home. Time was not wasted/spent visiting properties that she was not interested in or above her budget. Theresa would always provide comps relating to other properties that had recently been sold in the neighborhood/area so that you the buyer could feel comfortable regarding the cost. Regarding offer letters, contracts and additional requests for purchasing the property, Theresa was detailed, responsive and took the time to explain what was happening and why. She reduced the stress level with this process. We appreciated her participation for both the buying and selling processes.

Okay, full honesty, I came into this process a little traumatized after a not-so-great experience with my last realtor. I had anxiety through the roof and was honestly dreading doing this all over again. My friend told me to call Barb Noote and her team, OMG… what a difference! She was calm, patient, and totally on top of everything. She answered every question (even the “just making sure” ones I asked three times), and I never once felt rushed or brushed off. She made the whole thing feel easy. It was like having a super organized friend who actually knows what she’s doing. I could finally breathe and even enjoy the process a little. If you’ve had a bad experience before, she’s the one who will restore your faith.

Barbara did an amazing job and was very patient with me because I had so may questions as this is my first home I purchased. She didnt make me feel like I needed to hurry and make decisions. I highly recommend her to friends and family. The entire Noote team was amazing at keeping me updated on statuses.
