As first time homebuyers I don’t think we could have asked for a better realtor. Ashley always took the time to answer our questions and was always a phone call away no matter the time of day. She worked with us every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. She even checked in with us after we moved in to make sure certain things were done. We truly feel that she went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate everything she has done for our family.

For a first time home seller, the process could not have been smoother and that’s all thanks to Ashley. She always explained what to expect and prepare for for every step of the process. She gave great, realistic advice so I felt empowered to make the best decisions for myself. Ashley did an amazing job. As a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process and how the current housing market. Ashley answered any question that I had, gave me extra information on what to expect from each step in the process, and what actions I needed to take once my offer was accepted. She was comfortable negotiating the price I wanted and additional closing costs. She also listened to my concerns and explained the different options that I had to alleviate or minimize my concerns. I would work with Ashley again and recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sale their home.
