Ashley was highly recommended by a friend who has bought two homes in SLC. We had a list of must haves and hard no’s in very specific areas. Ashley understood exactly what we wanted and did not waste our time showing us possibilities. With very limited inventory that suited our criteria, Ashley found us a house in little more than a month which included the holiday season. She alerted us of the house before it hit the market. We got the house amongst 5 bidders because of her strong offer letter. The process was amazingly seamless and painless. She guided us with not only her immense knowledge, but also with lots of patience. She answered all our questions and concerns immediately. Even after we closed on the house, she’s still helping us with her vast knowledge of contractors and advice on how to improve our house. We are very grateful for Ashley’s guidance and support.

Ashley is the GOAT. She was recommended to me from my friends who also used her and I will recommend her to everyone moving forward. She was super helpful throughout the whole process, answered all million of my questions, is extremely knowledgeable and would tell it to me straight with her thoughts or concerns about properties. She helped me get exactly what I was looking for in my price range and helped negotiate a great deal to make it even sweeter. 10000% recommend her and will definitely be using her again in the future.

Ashley was phenomenal to work with! We were connected to her well before we relocated to SLC. We were clueless first time homebuyers and she was so patient and knowledgeable while guiding us through the whole process. When crunch time came, Ashley was reliable, responsive, and the perfect balance of professional yet personable. She kept us calm and confident throughout the whole process.
