Ashley Farrington did an excellent job as our realtor! We live in California and were doing a 1031 exchange in Washington so it wasn't an easy task. Ashley was very knowledgeable and did a great job of walking us through the process. She was available to us 7 days a week and contacted us anytime that she saw anything of interest. As you can imagine, buying long distance isn't the easyest but she did an amazing job. She was willing to go look at houses and video for us whenever we saw something that seemed like a possibility. When we were in town she made herself available to us any day and any time. We found the perfect house and she was very professional and on top of it when it came to the negotiations. I highly recommend Ashley for any of your real estate needs! Should we buy or sell again, she would be the first one that I would call. Thank you Ashley!!!

Ashley was called in at the last minute and I am so thankful. She knew what needed to be done and convinced me to follow her lead. My house sold for $100K over asking because of Ashley's recommendations. She was always available, has a great decorating style and kept in constant communication with the buyers. I would so recommend Ashley. In fact several of my friends about who my agent was. She really is the best!!!!!!

Over the years Ashley has assisted us in selling two properties. Most recently, Ashley did an amazing job in marketing and selling our primary home. Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable and made the entire process very easy. Ashley is easy to work with and is very responsive. I would highly recommend her for both buying and selling a home.

Ashley Farrington was instrumental in helping to buy our first home. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication made the process extremely smooth, which was quite a pleasant surprise based on what I had heard from others about the home buying process. She was super responsive, and always and available and eager to answer questions, schedule and facilitate tours, or help with anything else we needed. She was also able to give us some tips and pointers on how to make our offer stand out above the rest! While finding a house is obviously everyone's first priority, Ashley's friendly and fun nature made buying a home feel like more than just a transaction, and I could tell that she was just as excited as us when we found the right home.
