Cole and David was fantastic to work with and kept us informed with the process of the sale. Was easy to work with in ironing out any problems we encountered. They were always available anytime we called, and problems were quickly rectified.

Cole was super helpful, knowledgable and walked us through every step of the process of buying our first home. Once the rest of the team took over during the closing process, they were always checking in to make sure our questions were answered. We found Vince Grant and his team via a recommendation from Keith Cook, an exceptional RE/MAX broker out of Bellingham, WA. During our introductory meeting, Vince and Cole Grant presented data with a complete analysis of our market and a glimpse into their vast advertising resources, followed by a compelling strategy for selling our home. Prior to listing, we planned to remodel our home and had just started looking for a good contractor. We were very happy when Vince recommended a highly regarded full service contractor that frequently works with their clients. Gabe exceeded the high expectations established by the Grant Team. He provided creative recommendations and delivered high quality solutions. We quickly learned the value of working with the Grant team. Their professionalism, team work and communication was exceptional. David Victor led the documentation work as well as communicating with us and our contractor for progress updates. He also scheduled inspections, the photo shoot, and an unplanned yard service that was needed after a winter wind storm. Cole Grant was our lead sales agent. He provided critical advice and input into our remodeling projects and preparation for the sale. He also led the sales strategy, which included timing for listing, consultation, and advice on pricing. On the first day after listing, we received multiple full price and higher offers and Cole expertly negotiated the one that we accepted. We are very satisfied with the Grant Team and we strongly recommend them to anyone seeking an outstanding real estate brokerage.

The Grant team did an amazing job helping us through the process of buying a condo and selling our family home. They did an extraordinary job negotiating a good price for both. The sell of our home proved more challenging because of complications with the city. Cole was amazing at advocating for us with the buyers and keeping the sale on track. They answered all our many texts and checked up with us regularly. Thank you Vince, Cole and David for all your amazing work!
