Working with April was an excellent experience from both the buy side and the sell side. April is extremely responsive (both text and email - all responded to same day and usually same hour), detail oriented (nothing slipped through the cracks despite a million moving pieces), and provided me calendar invites for every step of the process (this was invaluable, especially when doing two transactions at once). In addition, April is a gifted with negotiation and knew exactly how to approach the other side throughout the process. When I arrived at the closing table I knew she had everything covered, and all went very smoothly. Overall I felt like I was in really good hands with a professional who knew what she was doing and was a strong advocate on my behalf. I would highly recommend April to anyone looking for a realtor who wants someone who is “on top of things” every step of the way. Plus, she's a lovely person and nice to work with.

April came highly recommended by a close friend and the day we met her she hit the ground running! She has so many resources that she utilizes and after we loaded her up with all the details on our property it was on the market much sooner than we expected. The first week she had already had showings set up and we had a buyer after about the 4th or 5th one! If you’re looking for a detailed closer for your property, then April is the one!
