As first time homebuyers, Michael and Kelly were helpful, supportive, and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right first home for us. They were extremely responsive during our search, scheduling showings as soon as possible, answering questions at all hours of the day, and respecting every decision we made along the way. As first time buyers, they gave us the space and time to let us learn about the market and narrow our search. When it came time to make decisions and negotiate, they were there fighting for us and offering advice from their years of experience. Looking back it’s hard to imagine picking a better team for us, and we will absolutely return to them when it’s time for our next move.

My wife and I have now bought three homes and sold two with Kelly and Michael. They are an absolutely top-notch team. For the most recent purchase, a contingent offer would not have been competitive, but they were able to help us get a dream new house and sell the old with only two weeks of overlap in the two houses, which was perfect. They are experts in knowing the market, are responsive, generate a LOT of interest in the homes they’re selling, and can get deals done quickly. They will also keep you out of harm’s way and help you avoid buying a “lemon” house. I recommend them anytime I hear of someone who is thinking about buying or selling.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kelly first back in 2014 when she helped me buy my first property (a condo) in Sandy Springs. She guided me through what I thought would be a very complicated process with ease and helped ease my mind about so many things. She was the first person I had in mind when I wanted to sell the condo in 2021. There were a few repair issues but she had great connections to perform the repairs and great people to do the cleaning. While I was away for the sale Kelly and her team eased my mind about a few hiccups that came up (none related to her team). Kelly's team in both transactions were top notch and always very responsive and polite. Thank you Kelly! Sorry this review is so late in coming!

It was such a pleasure working with Erin Brachman, on Kelly Chancy’s team, to purchase my first place in Atlanta! As a Buyer’s Agent, Erin was super knowledgeable and patient. Once under contract, the entire process was incredibly easy thanks to her team.
