My wife and I recently retired and knew it was time to get out of the cold of upstate NY and found ourselves loving the lake areas in upstate SC. The problem was, we didn't know anyone in that area to help us find our future home. We got lucky, but you don't have to be. We can't say enough about Tyler Hudzik and The Gallo Company for all your real estate needs. Professional, helpful, caring, understanding, patient and honest. We were looking for a newer built home and had no intention on building a new home. Tyler was patient showing us everything the market had available to fit our long list of wants and needs, but nothing checked enough of our boxes. We had the pleasure of working with Lauren and Anthony of The Gallo Company. Initially we searched for agents who would provide a discounted agent commission. After talking with 3 different groups it was clear that we were forgoing a lower commission for expertise. Anthony made us feel very comfortable and confident with his demeanor and professionalism. Working with them was a no-brainer. Anytime something came up Anthony was there to calmly walk me off the ledge and answered at times I didn’t expect him to. I don’t believe that we would’ve sold our home for over asking price and contract in 26 hours after listing had we not worked with The Gallo Company.
