My family and I have had the privilege of utilizing Nick for all three of our real estate transactions while we have lived in the Upstate. This is a realtor who is passionate about Greenville and it’s surrounding areas, so much so that he can give you a whole Power Point about how wonderful the Upstate is between the events, dining and all around culture of the area. Where the rubber meets the road is how this passion is channeled and put into his work. Nick truly knows what it takes to sell a property and will always look out for your best interests on both the buy and sell sides. Recently, my wife and I sold our first home (the one Nick actually helped us buy); the process started with development of a timeline to get the home to market and the tools that are used to make our property stand out compared to others for sale. Lo and behold, after implementing the timeline Nick created with us, we received an offer on our home after only being on the market for four days. Throughout the sale process, Nick was an efficient communicator, always keeping us up to date and handling issues as they occurred, making the process feel seamless. While we awaited the completion of our new home, Nick acted as a liaison between us and the builder, helping to clarify and guide our decisions on the buying side. Even with hiccups in the moving process, nothing ever felt out of control because of his effective communication and ability to work with us to establish next steps. There is a reason we go back to Nick for our real estate transactions; the ability to maintain a level of stability in the moving process is incredibly challenging but Nick navigates the process flawlessly. We could not recommend him enough.

Nick is a well-polished professional, who commands a firm understanding of the market conditions in the Upstate. While searching for our home, Nick’s passion for his work became evident with each meeting – always pointing out areas of concern the untrained eye might overlook. He was the first to dive into a crawl space or climb up into a 98 degree attic to have a better look at the bones of the home. When we were ready to submit an offer, is when Nick really shined! He worked behind the scenes with the listing agent, handled several back and forth negotiations, got our offer accepted, then attended multiple inspections - all to ensure we made it to the finish line.
