Rupesh is amazing! We needed a home and the one we were in had mold and it was making our then baby son very sick. We were paying over 750.00 in rent and living paycheck to paycheck. We found Rupesh and him and his staff immediately found us a home and Mario helped us with the loan. They worked so hard and were so patient with me especially and all our questions and fears because honestly buying a home is huge! It's like having a baby or getting married. It's a huge commitment and it can be scary but Rupesh made everything look so flawless and amazing and saved us by finding our perfect home for this family of 6. Our house payment dropped by almost 300.00 a month from what our rent was. This was in 2013. He still calls once a month, leaves gifts for us, and is always a phone call away. He is the best person with the biggest heart that truly cares about your families needs! I tell everyone he is the only realtor you will ever need!
