Anna and team were wonderful to work with. They kept me updated all through the process. I interviewed a few Agents and Anna did not seem like she was to busy for me, always answered phone, text and emails. I would recommend her over and over again.

When we finally decided to sell our home we were going to sell it for sale by owner.... After talking to Anna we decided to list it with her firm.... We are so glad we actually went through with using Anna.... The price we were going to list it for using FSBO was way less than what Anna actually listed our home for and got for us.... She literally took my blank home made it look like somebody was living there with AI pictures... so potential buyer could have an idea of how to put their furniture in the home... From beginning to end Anna was there every step of the way guiding us and advising us every step of the way.... During the couple of weeks that my home was listed we Anna talked to me almost every day ....every time somebody wanted to see the house I was notified every time somebody left the house I was notified.... One thing that I didn't know she was going to do was... Let me see back after each person sell my house..... She did 100% of what she said she was going to do in my opinion she went above and beyond What she was supposed to do as an agent.... I would recommend her to anybody and everybody.... She also sold the home faster than she thought she was gonna sell the home....

Anna Paduhovich and her team are truly exceptional! Selling my home at 6341 Godwin Blvd in Suffolk could have been stressful, but Anna made the entire process seamless from start to finish. ?? DISAPPOINTMENT: Service Was Unacceptable I hired Anna Paduhovich of Keller Williams to sell my home. While the property did sell in an acceptable timeframe and for an acceptable price, the service provided was horrible and unacceptable. The central issue was with the realtor's conduct regarding her compensation. Anna asked for more money than what was stipulated in our contract on three separate occasions. When I declined these requests, her level of service immediately dropped off. She essentially ghosted me for the remainder of the process. Most shockingly, I was never even sent a message or acknowledgment from Anna upon the successful closing of my property. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was deeply disappointing, making what should have been an exciting process stressful. Additionally, I felt pressured by Keller Williams to use their suggested closing company, Temple Law Group, P.C., who proved to be equally disappointing in their communication and service. I cannot recommend Anna Paduhovich based on this poor professional conduct, repeated attempts to change the contract, and complete lack of communication and follow-up.
