Our situation was unique as we were buying from abroad before returning to the area. Anna is the worst realtor I've ever had she lied and said she would have my house sold in a month and here I am 5 months later AND NOT SO MUCH AS 1 OFFER. Then not only did she PREY upon a disabled war veteran(myself) she then proceeded to have me sign a contract that was FULL OF DECEIT I was not told any of the important things I had to find out the hard way. I'm a first time home owner and I've been taken for a ride and my husband and i are completely miserable having this woman as a realtor.

Let me start by saying I used to go out of my way to avoid realtor services. My husband and I are very particular and prefer personalized interactions when buying a home. Through a series of coincidences, we ended up working with Katie. I again bring up that my husband and I are very particular; I imagine we are not the ideal real estate customer, but Katie was exceptionally patient with us. She made the effort to understand what specifically we wanted in a home. She went above and beyond by getting detailed information for us in several properties we thought we wanted. Katie was flexible with her time and we never had to wait to get in to see a property. When we finally found the one, she could see it was the right fit for us, and she helped us every step of the way to close on the home and call it our own. I'm no longer so averse to realtors. I'll be sticking with Katie, just in case she really is the best in the whole bunch. We're grateful she was fighting in our corner throughout this process.

Katie has been AMAZING to work with. Her knowledge and expertise made things much easier in such a stressful market from start to finish. Katie helped us work through all the problems we encountered. She also has reached out after closing to make sure our move is going well or if we had any questions about our new home. Katie truly cares about her buyers and her communication and dedication proves it! I HIGHLY recommend Katie to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Katie is the real deal. Very knowledgeable of the area, super responsive, and quickly resolves all the issues that are bound to appear during the homebuying/selling experience. After working with two other Realtors, Katie was the only one to understand what I was looking for. Katie was a joy to work with, she found me a home very quickly, and understood my price range and taste almost immediately. If you need a Realtor, talk to Katie!
