We worked with Jaclyn to buy our first house. She was incredible to work with and helped us find a great house in record time. She was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the whole process. We were in a tight spot and had to find a house fast. With her help, we found a great house just three days into our search and closed on it three weeks later. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good realtor.

Heather is very knowledgeable about the Knoxville area and was helpful and patient when I was looking for a house. The first time I came to Knoxville I saw seven houses, but I didn't see any I liked enough for me to make an offer. Heather kept in touch and when I saw a house I liked, I made an offer. Heather helped make the process go smoothly, and the purchase closed without a hitch. She did a great job and I was pleased with her service.

Micheal from the Angie Cody Real Estate team has helped us buy a home and sell a home. Each time Micheal helped us, he went above and beyond. He made sure we found exactly what we wanted when we went house hunting. He was so patient as he toured many homes with us and we never felt the pressure to rush into anything. He really focused on making sure the best was done for our family. After our first transaction with him, he earned our trust and we decided to use him again for selling one of our homes. The second time we worked with him, we listed one of our homes. He put so much effort by taking incredible pictures and developed a video as well. Micheal really sought out the best for our family and always delivered. Working with Micheal felt like a friendship more than a transaction. We highly recommend using him.
