Andy helped us buy our first home back in 2022. Not only did we find our dream home, but Andy helped us get it for under asking in a red hot market that was not easy on first time buyers. Flash forward 2 year and we had an amazing job opportunity come up out of state and had to move fast. We knew Andy was the guy to help us sell our home. Andy is extremely knowledgeable about the LA housing market. He will guide you through the entire process with ease whether he is helping you buy or sell your home. He knows how negotiate and fight for you and will offer solid advice to help you make all decisions along the way. Andy and his team did an amazing job working with my mom (and myself) on the purchase of her first condo in LA. She hadn't moved in many years and was coming from another state. He helped us explore the various neighborhoods and find something in an area that would make for an easy transition. He and his outstanding team answered all of our many questions and helped us navigate a few small surprises along the way to close on time and get her in her beach condo!
