Andrea and Emily helped us purchase a home in the height of the Austin area real estate frenzy. We had a very temperamental seller, and they managed to keep him calm at every turn. This was our second time partnering with Harlan Realty to purchase a home in the Austin area, and we are always thrilled with their expertise and negotiating skills.

Andrea Harlan sold my dad’s house in Austin. I live in Houston and was not able to oversee updating and painting the house, so Andrea and her assistant Emily arranged for everything necessary to prepare the house for listing including painting the interior and exterior, updating some fixtures, finding a lawn care service, arranging for trash removal, and staging and photographing the house for listing it. We had a contract on the house the weekend we listed it and successfully closed. Harlan Realty exceeded my expectations and the service provided went well above and beyond anything I have ever previously experienced with a realtor. Trying to sell a house in another city was an intimidating task but Andrea guided me through the whole process and achieved a fantastic result. Harlan Realty is absolutely unequivocally the best realtor service ever!

Andrea knows her business extremely well. She knows the market, stays well informed, is an excellent negotiator and as a bonus is her own broker. She helped us find someone to address a few challenges with our home we were selling and once it hit the market, it sold in a few days! She also used her contacts to find us a home that was off market in our desired area. She listened to our interests and guided us to a great opportunity and future home. We highly recommend Andrea!
