Annabella recently represented me on the sale of my house and she did an absolutely flawless job. I could not be more pleased! Her attitude was always positive and her energy level is off the charts. She has been a realtor for decades and understands all the complexities that might unfold during a complicated sale. She was always there to do whatever task was required with her professional know-how and optimistic attitude. Without a doubt she is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with!.

Working with Anabella and her team was the best decision my family and I made. Purchasing our 1st home had became a nightmare with our previous realtor, but once we started with Anabella, she made the process so easy and was always there when we needed her. She made us feel like a priority at all times and she always kept a positive and understanding attitude. She was able to get us the perfect home. Brenda made home tours so relaxing and always made me feel really comfortable. Her team is great and very supporting. When i finally found my house, I knew it was the one. Anabella did what it took to get our offer accepted. I'm so grateful for her and her team ??

Anabella and her team or amazing! They exceeded our expectation every step of the way. We initially called Anabella to get a second opinion on our homes value and what improvements she recommended, but we planned to use a real estate agent who sold our previous home three years ago. We were so impressed with Anabella that we decided to hire her instead, And we have been very happy with our choice. Anabella was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of marketing and selling a home. Her advice and predictions were spot on. We were a bit concerned because she thought our house was worth more than our previous agent estimated, and we had been burned before when we listed another home for too much money years ago. Anabella was able to sell our house for well over our asking price. She helped us find craftsme to work on our home, she correctly calculated the appraisal value, and guided us throughout the process. Anabella was always available to talk to us and answer our questions. Your search for a real estate agent is over -- just hire Ms. Jimenez and be happy.

Anabella and her team are by far the best. First off, she is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the process. My husband and I have tight schedules and she was always able to accommodate our time restraints and get us to many listings in one day, no joke we looked at 16 houses in one day. How many other realtors will dedicate that much time? Ana is just a text away and responds quickly, she also communicates if she has a day scheduled out of the office. I highly recommend her and her team if you are looking to by, don’t hesitate because she does not. Thank you again Ana and your team.
