Amy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She constantly went above and beyond while taking the time to explain every detail and answer all of our questions. The purchase of the home was a complicated one on our side (lots of moving parts) and we were truly impressed with how well Amy handled everything. Amy made the entire transaction seamless and I will be recommending her to anyone who is looking for a personable, dedicated, and knowledgeable agent! I am confident they will have just as great of an experience as we did.

Amy was amazing during the home search. She is knowledgeable about the market and the travel distances in the city. This purchase was part of an out-of-state corporate relocation. Exceptional customer service following the offer on the first home not working out. Excellent communication, highly responsive, honest, thoughtful, empathetic, great listener, wonderful sense of humor. She has terrific resources for assisting with after purchase needs. Would give more stars if they were available. If you are relocating from out-of-state Amy Nienstedt is the agent who will go above and beyond to make sure your home search is successful.

Racheal did an amazing job for us! We'd already moved, so we couldn't be there during the sales process. Racheal did everything for us, and ensured that the house was market-ready. She talked us through all the ins and outs of selling a home in South Carolina. She managed all the back-and-forth between the buyer for repairs and modifications they required. In the end our house sold very quickly and for a fair price, and closing was a breeze. We couldn't be happier with Racheal's service and would recommend her anytime!

Amy was the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with! She was punctual, professional, responsive and so very helpful with all the small things that are stressful when selling a home. She always has her clients’ best interests in mind and has so much experience that she was able to help us navigate some crazy issues and worked with us for over a YEAR to prepare, list and eventually sell our house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and on top of all of that - she’s an amazing person and friend ??????

Amy sold our older home in 2010, yes 2010 when the market was terrible but she got it done. She found us a great home in a neighborhood we had never even considered and got us a great price. When it came time for our son to purchase his own home, we called Amy. She was able to point us in the direction of financing and got him the perfect home. I would recommend her to anyone.
