Amy did fine job in researching our area to help us find the market value of our home. She was aggressive in listing our property that satisfied our asking price whereas other local realtors did not. We were satisfied with the marketing she used and the professional photography she arranged. She held multiple open houses and followed up with interested potential buyers. Unfortunately, we listed our home when the market went cold and interest rates rose sharply. Amy advised us to pull the listing until after the first of the year. Once we put our home back on the market we sold it within three weeks. Amy was professional and responsive throughout the process.

Amy went above and beyond assisting me from day 1. I relocated from Ohio to Indiana so the timing of the closing of each home was crucial. Amy didn't hesitate to make sure all parties were aligned. She also did an excellent job working with and showing my son homes while I was out of state. If you are looking for a talented professional who is also a pleasure to be around, Amy is the one for you!

Amy was such a great realtor. We are so thankful to have found her. Always available to talk, share, encourage, and lead us through the whole process. Her knowledge concerning conditions of houses and what would need to be fixed, updated, or repaired was so helpful to us. A delightful and honest person to help us find our home.
