Amanda is amazing. I’ve known her for over 6 years and she has helped us sell and purchase a home. She truly has gone above and beyond the call of duty in our experience with buying and selling and has made the process practically painless! I trust her judgment in all things home related. Amanda is by far the best realtor we've worked with. She's hard working, detail oriented, communicative, and is simply pleasant to work with. She's clearly knowledgeable about all things real estate which was a huge help in this market. From the moment we decided to sell, she was by our side and walking us through the process. Buying and selling can be extremely stressful, but it's so much easier when you have a good realtor on your side. I absolutely recommend her to anyone currently looking to buy or sell.

Amanda helped us list our home and sell it for above list price during the C-Rona19 outbreak. Super crazy time to do real estate and she made it look easy. Sold our home and bought another using her team and we couldn't be happier. She was super thorough and informative during the entire process. We couldn't be happier and would use her services again if the need arrises in the future.

Amanda was by far the most detailed agent I have seen working for her clients! I am a new build sales consultant working on the selling side of a purchase we did together and I work with many agents in the area. Amanda not only found the new build home for her clients, she communicated with me on the selling side extensively along the way so her clients could enjoy a stress free process. Her clients needed to sell their current home to be able to buy ours, and they were on a tight schedule to do so. She got their current home under contract and closed quickly! Anytime her clients had a question, she was quick to come to me for answers. She also negotiated a great deal for them! I look forward to working with Amanda again!

I highly recommend Amanda Hicks. I have bought five houses over my lifetime, and I have worked with some very good realtors. However, Amanda provides a level of service that is truly exceptional. First, she is a very hard worker. Once you have had an initial meeting with Amanda, she goes to work immediately to find some suitable houses to consider. She also offers some wonderful internet resources that make it extremely easy to sift through affordable properties that are available on the market. Second, Amanda makes herself available to tour prospective houses just as soon as they become available, and her schedule is extremely flexible. Third, Amanda is very good with numbers. She does a thorough analysis before writing up an offer. On the house that I recently purchased, her numbers proved to be spot on, and there was no with the appraisal. Fourth, at every stage of the purchase, Amanda stayed in constant touch. Her communication skills are outstanding. I felt that she was constantly monitoring the various steps involved in securing a mortgage and closing on the house. Finally, Amanda is just a delightful person. She relates well to everyone, including the financial people, the seller, other realtors, etc. In sum, then, Amanda Hicks is one of the best realtors in Northern Colorado. Although I worked with Amanda as a home buyer, I fully expect she would be outstanding at selling a property. I urge everyone reading this to contact Amanda before settling on a Realtor. I know that you will be impressed.
