Joe Nelson and his team basically sold my house in 1 DAY and for above asking price. Joe said the market was crazy and hold on for an exciting ride. He was Right! Had over 12 showings the first day it was listed and one of the showings produced an Unbelievable offer which we took. There were multiple offers and Joe went over each one and gave us his professional opinion on the pros and cons of each one. His assistance was EXCEPTIONAL and we couldn’t be more SATISFIED. This is the 2nd property Joe sold for me and he always comes through as advertised. If you need a Realetor call him first! He’s knowledgeable, aggressive, and honest about everything him and his team speaks and keeps you in the loop through the entire process.

Lauren was amazing! She listed our home and had it under contract within a week! The entire process with the Nelson Home Group was amazing. They were attentive to our needs, and answered question upon question that we had. Lauren took care of setting everything up for us, photos, inspections, appraisals, etc.
