Katy helped me purchase my home and was a huge help in navigating the process. Buying a home wasn't in my plans, but life changed and it became necessary. Katy provided me with an amazing checklist so I could keep track of the homes we were seeing and not get overwhelmed with what house was what. She helped me find a great home for myself and my fur-babies that's location was perfect to work and my favorite stores. I really wanted seller concessions to take advantage of a 2/1 temporary buy down and she made that happen. She handled some hiccups with ease and made the process that could have been stressful FUN. I would highly recommend Katy to anyone looking to buy or sell, her customer service is top notch and her team including Stacy were phenomenal.

Josh did a superb job in helping us find our home. This is our first home purchase and we are very blessed to have Josh as our agent. He understood our needs and wants and went above and beyond to make sure we found the home that was right for us. He very knowledgeable about the process and making sure we got the best deal. If we had any questions he was always available. He helped us all the way up to closing and recommended a great lender to us. I would highly recommend Josh he is there for the buyer!

Katy was phenomenal. I don’t think we have the words to express our gratitude and appreciation for how easy our selling and buying process was. Katy took us from an idea to the perfect property to four offers on our home (with offers over the listing price)to inspections to the closing table. She was responsive and with us guiding us every step of the way. If you need an agent, Katy is your gal.

Courtney helped us out every step of the way from start to finish. Very helpful and also gave a lot of help ideas in looking for a house. Made the whole buying process very easy to understand. Definitely recommending to any of my family members and close friends looking to buy a home.

I could not recommend Joe, Cassandra and the entire Nelson team enough. This was my husband and I’d first time selling a home and we had already moved across the country, and Joe and his team made it a seamless experience. We had worked with another agent before and Joe blew him out of the water. Listing with Joe, we were under contract in four days, and closed less than a month later.
