Alicia did superb work for me in buying my townhome in LA. She has reliable network of professionals neede during buying, insurance, inspections etc. she stays in touch constantly and no request is too small for her. Impressive as how organized she is! I had a quick closing and everything had a time crunch but she was there every step. Simultaneously, she found renter for my condo as well, she juggled both with expertise. Her attention to detail and organized manner is great.

Got to work with Alicia on a fix and flip property in Westchester. She represented me on the buy-side and negotiated $15k off!! We remodeled the whole house to 2020 standard and put back on the market with her and her team. I'm glad to work with them as they have a big team and can handle the work. We where a bit skeptical and wanted to underprice but listening to her and her team we price a little higher and had multiple offers and +$80k above asking due to amazing marketing. I would totally recommend Alicia and her team if your buying or selling real estate!
