Scheduled a tour through the Zillow app and also received an email confirmation with the exact date and time. I showed up as scheduled, but the agent did not appear. When I reached out, I was told that because I “did not confirm,” the tour was canceled on their end. This was surprising, given that the tour was booked through the app and confirmed via email. At no point was I informed that additional confirmation was required, nor was any follow-up or reminder sent. This was a significant waste of time and reflects poorly on the agent’s communication and professionalism. If you value reliability and clear communication, I would recommend proceeding with caution.

Alex was/is absolutely amazing. He listened to exactly what I wanted and needed in a home. He was very patient with me and so knowledgeable. Every house we looked out he would let me explore myself while he does a "pre inspection “( it’s what I like to call it). He checked out the major components, age and condition. At one point, I had a barrier, he was there. When I was frustrated, he was there. I would highly recommend his as a realtor. The process is stressful enough but having him by my sides, alleviate some of the stress. Thank you Alex!!!

We were swept off our feet by our home buying experience with Alex. After following his Hump Day Home Tours for about 6 months, when it was our time to start the home buying process, we were excited to get to work with Alex.
