Alessandra is amazing! She has a really calm energy about her , never pressured us or made us feel rushed and made our journey of buying our first home really smooth and unstressful. She has really insightful, deep market knowledge and a very keen eye. When we found the house we would buy, she would constantly spot details we had overlooked and offer recommendations or ask the seller questions about the house. We really felt like no stone had been left unturned and we were fully aware of every intricacy of the house by the end. And then she was super proactive in getting alternative, cheaper bids for repairs which would need doing and negotiating with the seller. She was also spot on with her recommendations for what to offer in a competitive market. I really feel that she goes above and beyond what most agents would do. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anybody seeking a really kind, proactive and knowledgeable agent!

Alessandra is an amazing agent, and now dear friend. She first connected with us in 2023 (!) when we basically window shopping, and she was there for us when we were more serious buyers. She had infinite patience for us, and supported us with great guidance throughout. We have since moved into a beautiful home and we’re thankful to her for her help. Highly recommend working with her!

I am so happy we used Alessandra and her dream team to purchase our 1.4M estate on acreage. She is so sweet, patient and on top of everything! Her response times are amazing!!! Actually makes me feel bad, because I could never be as punctual with my calls and texts as she is. So professional! She has continued to maintain a great relationship with us years after the sale. Alessandra is great at working with diverse families, and can deal with the most difficult of selling realtors, brokers and escrow companies. She was always very upfront with our family and gave good advice. I recommend her to everyone who says they want to buy or sell a home.
