It was an absolute pleasure working with Adan! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth experience. He was really communicative, prompt and honest. Having him help us was like having a knowledgeable friend guide us through the process. Many agents would try to just make a sale, even if it may not be in your best interest, but with Adan, we soon realized that he always kept our best interest at the forefront. For eg. twice he saved us from overbidding on properties. At the end, he very skillfully negotiated a pre-emptive offer for a house we really really wanted and helped close the deal in 1 day, thus also saving us from a bidding war.
