I needed to sell my childhood home that I hadn't lived in for 25 years. I live about 2.5 hours away now. My friend and realtor down here recommended Adam to me. It's safe to say that I liked Adam from the beginning. He met me at my parents' house and did a walk-through with me. He suggested some improvements that could be made and told me he would run some comps. The next time I was up there, he met me again to show me the comps. The comps were lower than I expected but I vowed to make the place look nice for a 38-year-old home. We made a lot of improvements inside and out. We got $45k more than the original amount that he showed me! Adam was very straight-forward with the process. He and his team made this difficult time very easy for us. By the time we were done, I was excited to have a new family living there. I would recommend Adam Pendl and his team to anyone.

My wife and I had a 6 year process of looking for the right home for us. Adam and his team was there from the beginning to the end which culminated with us find the perfect home. Throughout the process he continued to send suggestions, had countless showings and his service never wavered. In todays market a buyer needs all the expertise they can get to navigate today’s challenges in both the buying process as well as after purchase details. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone looking for a true partner in the search and buying process of a new home.

My wife and I worked with Adam Pendl to purchase a home in the Michigan/Indiana area, and we could not be any happier with his services. We were relocating from the Chicagoland area and Adam really made it easy for us. He took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, and he was so great scheduling showings to accommodate our schedules for when in town. We were looking at a wide range of homes in Michigan and Indiana, and Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He was quick to schedule showings we wanted and extremely helpful in making an offer to get us what we wanted. We are very pleased with the whole process, and will definitely be using Adam for all future selling/buying needs!

Adam was super easy to work with, and very knowledgeable about the local market. He provided a market analysis before we listed, and took the time to guide us through what the process would look like from start to finish.

Excellent agent knows his material and how to sell or close a listing I would highly recommend him and him is very responsive knows how to get the job done polite and does what he says he will do I would think he would be a great agent for anyone and I would highly recommend him
