Courtney is an amazing person!!! Very knowledgeable and very thorough. We had an unique buying experience and had some learning curves thrown at us and she was right on it. She is a great person and her work ethic and personality is unmatched! If you're looking for a realtor, give her a call. i've been working with a rhonda for a while. I have sold and bought houses with her as my agent. No one else i would rather go through! She makes the process easy, simple and gets right down to business. There was no time wasted in my whole process.

We recently purchased a home with Rhonda being the seller's agent and our agent. She was very knowledgeable and personable. We had a few hiccups during the buying process, but she was able to help us get everything resolved quickly. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you are looking or selling in the Walkerton/Koontz Lake area.

Rhonda was great. I had specific things I wanted in my new home. Location, space, etc. She was very responsive. Very supportive throughout the house selection process all the way through to the closing.
