I recently worked with Aaron to purchase land in Greenville County. Land purchases are often more complicated than a typical house sale, and I can say without hesitation that Aaron is the best. I have purchased real estate in multiple states, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Aaron asked more questions, found more answers, communicated more throughly and often, and always wanted to know what else he could help with. Aaron excels at providing a complete, personal touch throughout the entire experience. There are many real estate agents, but there is only one Aaron Wagner and Wagner Group. I will only use him from now on.

I have only the highest regards for Aaron Wagner. I moved from the Midwest to Greenville for work and had no clue about the area. Aaron patiently guided me through the market until I settled on a home. He’s smart and client-focused. I’ll call him again and anyone in need of a realtor should give him a call too.

Aaron was a pleasure to work with! My wife and I reached out to Aaron as first time homebuyers having no knowledge of the home buying process. From the beginning, it was very apparent that Aaron has a deep understanding of the housing market as he explained the different options we had in looking for a home. He was also extremely knowledgeable of the housing market in our specific area, which turned out to be influential in deciding which home we wanted to purchase. After helping us find a home (and doing a great job negotiating the price for us), Aaron guided us through the closing process in an incredibly helpful manner. With his help, there wasn’t a moment where we felt lost or confused as to what came next in the process. We couldn’t recommend Aaron enough to anyone looking for their next home.

Only the highest recommendations are in order for the services of realtor Aaron Wagner! Aaron recently helped us find and buy our retirement home in SC to be near family. Being from the Northeast, we were clueless as to what we wanted and what the housing market in the SC/NC area had to offer. Aaron immediately grasped our situation, educated us, answered our questions and helped us down a path to sort through the maze options as we refined our choices.
