We had a fantastic experience working with our realtors! They were incredibly knowledgeable and offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to our needs. They really listened and guided us with expert advice every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure our home looked its best—repainting the front door, retaking photos and video, and making sure everything was just right. We’re so grateful for their thoroughness and care. Five stars without hesitation!

I came to Avalon Group Realty after a horrible experience with a realtor that was just awful! I was packing my house, moving out of state, trying to get everything fixed and ready to sell and fired my first person right before I was set to leave. Aaron answered the phone himself on a Friday night at 7pm. Saturday Aaron and Yvette Kim came out and looked at my house, then assured me that I had someone who would be on my side and actually ready to help. They brought in carpet people, cleaners, all the folks I would have had to set up. The documents were all done online. The communication was great, and I was never left to wonder if things were happening or problems were being addressed. This was at the end of 2024 when interest rates were going up and uncertainty was in the air. The house, located in St Petersburg, Fl, while on the market got brushed by Hurricane Helene and then slammed by the north eye wall of Hurricane Milton. Out of state and having other issues from Helene in Western NC; Yvette was there for me!! From helping me repair the house or working with me to understanding the rapidly shifting market as houses dropped in prices and economic uncertainty loomed. They sold my house for almost $50k more than my first realtor wanted to sell it for cash, PRE hurricane! A new family is now enjoying and updating it to their taste. The buyer’s realtor was horrible, not filling out the proper forms, a little shady with the inspection documentation; Yvette was having none of it, picking up the slack, getting it done, talking to the people she had to and getting it right. On a completely personal note, Yvette is a rock star, not only professionally but on a personal level. I’m a single woman with a corporate career, I don’t need things sugar coated, and Yvette doesn’t. You get the reality, BUT you get it with the understanding and level of empathy you need, explained the way you needed it explained. It’s a conversation with Yvette where she is open to hearing and checking on things for you. Yvette cares, she understands, she SEES you, she gets it and she is honestly there to help. After my experience with her selling my house, I would be honored to call her a personal friend.

Aaron and Rob were absolutely WONDERFUL to work with buying my house in St Pete. Aaron is incredibly responsive to questions, patient, and friendly. Their knowledge of the area helped me zero in quickly on the right neighborhood and find the perfect home for me. I really appreciated Aaron and Rob's honesty and no-BS nature when touring houses, discussing offers, and talking about financing. During the closing Aaron handled issues with speed and outstanding communication. Finally, they were able to recommend quality contractors to do repairs and improvements. Thanks to them, buying a house in a new area was a painless and frankly enjoyable process from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron and Rob!
