YYvette exceeded all expectations and delivered a sale for us above asking price within our desired timeframe. At every step of the way she provided valuable advice and support and ensured that we met our goals. There were simply no instances when Yvette did not deliver what we asked. And when an initial buyer unexpectedly backed out Yvette simply pivoted, held another open house and then found us several competing offers within 2 weeks and managed to find a buyer willing to offer significantly above asking price in a market where this is becoming rarer by the day. At the end of the experience, we could not have been happier with our representation and therefore can enthusiastically recommend her without reservation. In addition, she was supported throughout by wonderful team at The Avalon Group (special kudos to Aaron and Rob) . People looking for someone who can get the job down should definitely give Yvette (and her team) their consideration.

Jay did an excellent job of representing us in our purchase. He was always responsive, answered our calls, and went above and beyond in helping us resolve issues. He even helped coordinate getting logistics handled and letting people into the unit for us sice we were travelling during much if the process. Ultimately, his advice and diligence helped us secure a fair and good deal and produced a cery smooth closing process. We would heartily recommend him as a buyer's realtor.

Aaron and his team impressed us from the first time we met! They set a pretty high bar from the start, telling us that our house would most likely sell in 5 days and these guys sold it in 3! They were awesome, talk about bringing the A game, these guys delivered! From the photos to the showings with Pam and Yvette, it was the best experience my husband and I have ever had selling a house! If you want the best, Avalon Group is it, no doubt!

Was visiting Florida for an extended vacation and decided to look at homes while I was there. I Met with the Avalon Group & they were very nice. Yvette spent two days showing me around and found my dream home! A couple days later I was signing paperwork and buying my first property out of state. I’m very happy & would recommend her & the Avalon group to anyone who is considering a move or investing in Florida real estate!
