I can't say enough good about Aaron. His knowledge and expertise was an incredible help to us every step along the way. He was so patient as our "wish list" evolved, always gave incredible advice, while allowing us space to make our own decision. His guidance through the purchasing process in both SC and NC was indispensable and made the process so much more comfortable. It took him almost know time to understand what we were searching for and quickly found homes that best fit that criteria. If you are house hunting in the CLT area, do yourself a favor and contact Aaron - simply the best at all aspects of the process! And just a really great person and enjoyable to be around.

We worked with Aaron to buy our first home after he was referred to us by my sister. As we began our search, we told Aaron our must haves, want to haves, and budget and he set us up to be sent any houses that came on the market. He also explained the process to us in detail, so that we knew what next steps would come should we choose to go forward on a house. Aaron was also shockingly responsive to texts, calls, and emails. We moved from far out of state, and Aaron coordinated with my family members to zoom us in for showings for houses that we were interested in. When it came time to put in an offer, Aaron guided us through the process with all the information we needed, and was SWIFT in getting all the documents together for our offer. He also ensured we were getting up to date information, and was an excellent intermediary between us and the seller. After our offer was accepted, Aaron helped us set up all the inspections necessary, and went above and beyond to help us coordinate from afar! We are happy to say that we are now in the perfect home for us! We are so thankful to Aaron for all his hard work for making this possible. I would highly recommend Aaron’s services to anyone buying or selling their home!

We actually met Aaron through a recommendation from a friend. We are first time home buyers and we knew next to nothing about buying a home. Aaron is very professional and patient to walk us through the entire process and responsive when we have any questions. He walked us through houses when we scheduled a tour and actually told us in detail a lot about houses that we never knew about. 2 to 3 months into the home search, we actually had a dream house that we visited but we were one step too late to submit an offer (like 1-2 hours late) due to wanting to check-out another house. We really regretted that we did not submit the offer earlier, however Aaron did not lose faith on the house and told us to hold on if anything changes. Surprisingly enough, over the weekend Aaron gave us a call and let us know that the house is available due to some circumstances with the other buyer and that they had to back out. We were still in contact with the seller and we were able to get our contract accepted. This happened so fast that it is hard for us to react. This whole series of events felt unreal to us, but fast forward to today, 1 month later, we have the keys to our new house. We can’t appreciate Aaron enough with his help to get us our first choice and we 120% recommend him

Aaron is beyond amazing. He has the experience and expertise of the market combined with amazing explanations and direction to help make the best decisions. Personally I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
