From the moment we first met with Barry we knew we were in excellent hands. We needed to list our home for sale going into the winter season, which wasn’t ideal, and then purchase a new home with more space and a yard for our new dog asap. We listed our home within one week after first meeting with Barry. The photos that were taken of our home and the literature he had printed for agents and prospective buyers were gorgeous! Within 6 days of the listing going active we had a full price offer with no concessions. Barry was also able to negotiate a very favorable rent-back agreement with the buyer to allow us more time to purchase our new home. During our house hunt Barry helped us with an offer that fell through during inspection which was a very difficult and emotional situation and we were so thankful to have Barry on our side during that fiasco. His knowledge and support were priceless and we knew his top priority was to protect us from any potential pitfalls in our new home. The search continued and we were so impressed by his willingness to always make himself available and tweak his schedule to accommodate last minute showings for us since properties were going quickly. Barry was an outstanding communicator during our entire experience and never sounded rushed when we spoke with him or had questions. Barry not only helped us find our new home but we are still shocked at the deal he procured for us on the new home! It was better than we could have hoped for. His knowledge of contracts, his negotiation skills and his ability to work with other agents effectively is unmatched. We can’t imagine working with anyone else in the future and we have since referred 2 very good friends to him who are actively using his services. Barry is an exceptional real estate agent and we are very thankful he was able to help us when we needed him. He showed up with a smile and a positive attitude every step of the way and that meant the world to us.

The best of the best! We’ve worked with Cassie on three transactions on both the buying and selling side and each time she has been nothing short of amazing. I can't say enough about Barry. He patiently worked with me for years, literally, to find the perfect house. Once he did he was relentless in getting the house for me. Having him in my corner made all the difference. He and Cassie were knowledgeable and amazing negotiators. I swear he knows everyone in town and they were all willing to bend over backwards for him. I'd highly recommend the Remington group to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
