Barry and Cassie were a dream to work with. We had quite the list of "must haves" and they never tired in their pursuit for our perfect mountain home. They were so thorough and incredibly helpful with all the details of our closing. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone that is very particular and really want a team to guide you in the purchase of your dream home. Cassie was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. As first-time homebuyers, we had countless questions and she patiently answered every one and walked us through complex real estate processes with ease. Cassie guided us through a few tough moments with failed offers and inspections, always keeping us informed and encouraged. Her communication is exceptional, her knowledge is extensive, and her warm, professional demeanor made the entire process so much easier. We loved working with her and if/when we want to sell/buy a house she will be our first call.

Cassie is one of the best agents in the Denver metro area or anywhere for that matter. As a first time home buyer, Cassie took the time to explain everything to us and answer any question that came up. She spent many hours on the phone running through scenarios with us, and always put our interests first, guiding us on negotiating tips and what was expected at each stage. Cassie is super responsive and communicated well via text, email and phone. Over the year we worked with Cassie in a tough market, we truly felt like we trusted her and she got to know us well and it felt like we were working with a friend. Cassie has really good professionals that do thorough inspections if needed for recommendation or she can point you in the right direction on advising on others. She even gave us tips for our lenders that helped us negotiate the best deals all around. We really couldn’t have asked for a better agent for going through this process the first time.
