Awesome! Working with Jeremy to find our perfect home was a great experience. He guided us onto the pathway to get an accepted offer within hours in this crazy market and was with us every step of the way, even after closing! He makes himself available to answer any questions you might have and helps in any way possible. Eric and his team are extremely professional and communicate well through the entire process. We met Eric 11 years ago when he helped sell our home in Scarsdale. He then spent countless hours taking us around until we found the perfect fit, a townhouse in Ossining. He just sold our townhouse after 10 years living there due to us relocating. Working with Eric and his team has been enjoyable. They assisted me in selling a property that I had been trying to sell for more than a year. Their guidance from the start helped us get many viewings which eventually resulted in several offers. The process took a bit longer than planned because Fannie and Freddie were updating some rules about loans for cooperatives. However, his team worked hard and helped navigate the process so the buyer could get the right financing. I am sure I reached the finish line thanks to Eric and I strongly suggest him to anyone who needs assistance with a real estate deal.

Eric and his team are consummate professionals. Though this process of selling my co-op apartment has been an arduous task due to the co-op’s financial stability at one point, Re-Max/ Eric have been constantly in contact with myself and all parties involved with the process until finally there is a “Light at the end of tunnel!
