Eric and his team are consummate professionals. Though this process of selling my co-op apartment has been an arduous task due to the co-op’s financial stability at one point, Re-Max/ Eric have been constantly in contact with myself and all parties involved with the process until finally there is a “Light at the end of tunnel! I have worked with Eric prior to this sale and no doubt we shall meet again in the future. I have the utmost confidence in Eric and his team.
