Awesome! Working with Jeremy to find our perfect home was a great experience. Eric and his team are extremely professional and communicate well through the entire process. We met Eric 11 years ago when he helped sell our home in Scarsdale. He then spent countless hours taking us around until we found the perfect fit, a townhouse in Ossining. He just sold our townhouse after 10 years living there due to us relocating. Working with Eric and his team has been enjoyable. They assisted me in selling a property that I had been trying to sell for more than a year. Their guidance from the start helped us get many viewings which eventually resulted in several offers. The process took a bit longer than planned because Fannie and Freddie were updating some rules about loans for cooperatives. However, his team worked hard and helped navigate the process so the buyer could get the right financing. I am sure I reached the finish line thanks to Eric and I strongly suggest him to anyone who needs assistance with a real estate deal.
