The Eric Stein team is PHENOMENAL!!! My mother passed away in 2023 and when we had to put her co-op for sale, I reached out to Eric based on good reviews that I found. He and his team are WAY BETTER than I could have ever imagined. The process of having to sell my mother’s co-op has not been easy, but they have been with me every single step of the way. They are great at communicating, they always keep me up-to-date, they always ask me for my input. My Husband and I ended up moving to another state and I never worried about what was going on because Eric and his team are just incredible in so many different ways. If you need a team who is knowledgeable, who has your back, who communicates well, and who genuinely has your best interest at heart, The Eric Stein Team are definitely the people you need to work with. I’m convinced they’re secretly the avengers ??. But in all honesty, they are amazing and I am incredibly grateful to them and for them.

Jeremy is an outstanding Real Estate Professional. He was always available and responsive to all of my needs. He represented me as a buyer and a seller and both times he negotiated a better deal for me. I strongly recommend Jeremy and look forward to working with him again.

Eric & his team are the real deal. Eric came with over 20 years of real estate experience & it showed. He was so detail orientated & picked up on things throughout the process that we would have never thought of. Eric is extremely number driven & didn’t give us guess answers, he came with real data & stats plus with opinions drawn from his vast real estate experiences which helped us so tremendously thru the process from searching to negotiations to closing ! Couldn’t recommend a better realtor & team to be in your corner for the biggest transaction of most people’s lives !! The best in westchester !!

Eric and team did a great job in help selling my parent's place. The whole team was very professional and communication was excellent. It's hard to find a better Real Estate Agent and team than Eric and his team.

She was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed, even when our search took unexpected turns and lasted long months in a tough market. Her deep knowledge of the market and local area (Westchester county) gave us so much confidence at every step. Amandawas always available; quick to respond to questions, proactive about scheduling showings, and extremely organized during inspections and closing. She knew exactly what we were looking for and highlighted listings for us proactively. She also caught details we would have easily missed and made sure everything stayed on track. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared not just about closing a deal, but about making sure we were comfortable and happy with our decision.
