It was a pleasure to work with Eric, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We were first time sellers and, for a variety of reasons, weren't able to get our home as market-ready as we would've liked. Eric took the time to understand our situation and what would work for us, and talked us through the ins and outs of renovating vs. selling as-is, seeking cash offers vs. selling on the open market, etc. He answered all of our questions, put our minds at ease, and it was with his professional guidance that we figured out the best selling solution for our situation. The process ended up being much more painless than I expected, and much of that was due to Eric.

Eric Stein and his team are real experts of the Westchester area, and have an extensive network of local professionals (inspection, title, law firms, etc.) who can really make a difference on a transaction.
